How we will work

You are unique and an individual. I will be led by what is important to you and the goals you would like to achieve by coming to counselling. It's a collaborative process but the counselling session is yours. It is a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space where we will find a greater understanding of yourself, which can assist you in making clearer decisions for your future.

I am an integrative counsellor which means I will use different theories and models depending on what your needs are.

We will review regularly to ensure the sessions are focusing on what is important to you.

Sometimes we can’t even know where our problems fit, so do contact me and if I feel I am not the best counsellor for you I will do my best to refer you to someone I feel can help you more.
