How we will work
You are unique and an individual. I will be led by what is important to you and the goals you would like to achieve by coming to counselling. It's a collaborative process but the counselling session is yours. It is a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space where we will find a greater understanding of yourself, which can assist you in making clearer decisions for your future.
I am an integrative counsellor which means I will use different theories and models depending on what your needs are.
We will review regularly to ensure the sessions are focusing on what is important to you.
I work across the broad areas below but there are many areas that I work with not listed so please do contact me. Sometimes we can’t even know where our problems fit, so do contact me and if I feel I am not the best counsellor for you I will do my best to refer you to someone I feel can help you more.
